1. Appointments & Bookings

• Appointments must be booked through our website or by phone.
• A valid email address and phone number are required to complete a booking.
• Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.
• We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• No-shows may be charged the full service amount.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances and will notify you as soon as possible.

3. Payments & Refunds

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• All prices are in USD.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Service prices are subject to change without notice.

4. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number during booking, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Ish Threading Bar And Spa including appointment reminders, confirmations, and promotional offers.

• Message frequency: Up to 4–6 messages per month.
• Message & data rates may apply based on your carrier plan.
• To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages.

• Consent to SMS is not required as a condition of purchase.
• Supported carriers include all major US carriers. Carrier liability is not assumed.

5. Health & Safety

• Please inform your technician of any skin sensitivities, allergies, or medical conditions before your service.
• We are not liable for adverse reactions if information about sensitivities was not disclosed.
• We reserve the right to decline service to anyone with contraindications for safety reasons.
